I applied Wild Growth to my hair after perming and shampooing. I didn't use any conditioner or wrap lotion (which is what I usually do). I combed it through (no tangles) and wrapped it. I then sat under the dryer for about 40 minutes (thats 20 minutes shorter than my normal drying time).
